Safe parking for our SUV and trailor, nice clean room that didn’t feel like a motel, friendly staff, and continental breakfast was more than just bagels and coffee. They had some hot items as well. "The home was decorated in country motif which made it feel like home to us all. Very large home was perfect for us. The host was very responsive to my questions. Everything we needed was provided. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who has a big group to accommodate. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!"

"We came to BA to visit family and go to Woolaroc, Tall Grass Prairie, and the Pioneer Woman's Mercantile in Pawhuska. Our stay at the VRBO was great. Location is on a quiet cul de sac that is within several subdivisions.It would be tricky to find without GPS. Cozy, updated ranch home that had the amenities we needed for restful nights for our busy days. We will definitely consider using this VRBO again. Less expensive than our usual hotel stays."

"The Inn was nicely renovated. The parking was odd and it was a bit overwhelming. We tried the restaurant, it was well thought out, but wrong area for a night crowd. A nice breakfast or brunch/lunch would have been a great touch! Overall, we would visit again."
