It was very easy to find and convenient to the highway. The bed was super comfortable. The entire place was very clean. The staff was nice. Bagel bar was good. Overall, a very nice experience.

Not the most quiet stay if that is what you are looking for. Very convenient for an event like the Chili Bowl. Clean, fresh smelling rooms. Right off the highway so yes lots of background noise. Glad I stayed here.

Very nice!
My first impression was how clean the hotel was. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevator was fast and smooth and it was easy to find our room. Room was very clean, comfortable, and updated. Our stay was very enjoyable and at a great competitive rate. We will stay again. Our only recommendation is that the hotel might want to invest in a few more luggage dollies.

Average hotel. The doors to the rooms are really thin, you can hear so much out in hallway. You could hear water running in a shower. Breakfast is packaged muffins or bagels. No hot breakfast. It was clean.

This renovated property has been open two months. Everything was neat and clean, but housekeeping staff are still learning. Anything that was missed was quickly taken care of by the desk staff (missing wash cloths, missing hair dryer, TV channels). The breakfast was not ideal: bagels, muffins, juice, yogurt. But there was a Waffle House across the highway!

Perfect for families
We travelled to the area with our family of 5. This hotel offered a room with 3 beds…almost unheard of in my experience. Anyway, when we booked. We assumed it would be all three beds in one room. But to our surprise we were greeted by two queen beds, a couch, and tv, and another bed and tv in another separate area of the room. Both rooms had separate hvac systems also. This place was absolutely perfect. If I had to gripe about anything it would have to be the breakfast offerings. There just really wasn’t much. Not the end of the world. Would happily stay here again!

Poor service and rooms are a joke
i purchased the he studio queen bed which sleeps 6 people the room we got was only four sleep. The couch didn’t pull out and when i asked to speak to the manager they were rude about it. The only thing they did was give me one pull out which only slept 1 person.. Nobody knew the last name of the manager or couldn’t even give me a why to contact him.
