"We had access to the bay and marina because of the private dock, so friends who had a boat in the marina could dink over and visit. It is 3-5 minute walk to Rodney bay beach..Great private pool and nice yard. The beds were a little hard for our liking, but we adjusted and lived to tell about it.. Would stay here again. "

"Not a single thing that we did not like. Dawn and David are amazing and were always available when we had questions. They offered wonderful suggestions about activities and made our stay an absolute joy! Will be our go-to home away from home on the island. "This small cottage is on a very beautiful and peaceful property. We had a wonderful stay, and the hosts were a big part of that. They were accommodating, generous and very friendly. We enjoyed the properties’ fresh fruit trees and the small swimming pool. Very much recommend a stay here."

"Upon arrive at the place… Air-conditioning – ONLY the bedroom has air-conditioning which you are told cannot go below 74 degrees, the main house there is NO air-conditioning at all. NO where in his AD does it say this. It’s was 90 degrees there and only room where you can be comfortable is the Bedroom with NO TV in it. Mosquitoes – the place was infested with them. When I asked about why there where so many mosquitoes I was told Ben sprays for them every day at 6pm at night. My wife got over 50...

"Definitely remote, so good to be able to rent the vehicle offered with the villa. Water view was distant but nice, although partially blocked by the Tet Rouge buildings just below.
