"Ms. Cheryl Gustave (General Manager) and her staff were most accommodating to me and my family while we were visiting the island in February (2025). We had a very memorable 3-generational trip (mother, daughter & grandmother) and our stay here was no exception. Now, we plan to return to the property every time we visit St. Lucia and will certainly recommend it to others. I can't say enough about the service, food, drinks, shuttle to the other (3) Bay Gardens properties, which we had access to, and the serene atmosphere at Bay Gardens Hotel. The bartenders were great and the Rum Punch was even better! The hotel was recommended to us by family members and it did not disappoint. The pictures online accurately depicted the grounds. Well worth the money. I wish I had been a bit more adventurous and taken part in the Karaoke Night activities...maybe next time."

"Gorgeous sunsets we loved Noelita our local house manager. The pool was a huge hit for our family. The house location was ideal for sightseeing, groceries, restaurants and beaches in a less touristy section of the island. Danielle the house owner is very responsive and sent us some fantastic suggestions of local activities and tips. Was a 5 star vacation! "
