"Brilliant staff "

"The staff at this hotel were exceptional. After trying to get a taxi without success and having an injured leg, the front desk staff arranged for one of the other members of the team to drive us to the train station. They went above and beyond and it was really appreciated."

"It snowed and the grounds looks beautiful. The welcome was warm and the room was ok. "

"The room was amazing had everything we needed, it was very spacious clean comfortable. We booked for evening dining it was very busy so make sure you do that in an evening just incase. check in ran smoothly we had early check in and late check out which we paid extra for we also paid for breakfast at the time of check in and was told our 7 year old was free we settled the whole bill at the time. Then on check out we were then told there was an outstanding amount for breakfast which caused some confusion and embarrassment to us infront of other guests as they had over charged with no apology by which time they had already charged my card but all got resolved. That said this is a lovely hotel to stay in."
