"This is a lovely hotel - friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, great breakfast and comfortable rooms. Unusually, and one of the reasons I chose it, was the bunk beds for the children which, according to my 17 year old son, were much more comfortable than the usual trolley or sofa bed he gets when we stay anywhere as a family."

The staff was kind and attentive, we had a family dinner in the restaurant and they kept it open until past midnight for us to finish dinner. Also, they allowed us to enter the pool before the opening hour and sell us coffees the day we departure, even if it was past the breakfast time. "Stayed at this property many times. Typically very good experience. 2 issues this trip; elevator could only go down and breakdast selection and amount, not like before. Stayed 5 days, never seemed to be effort to fix 1st floor elevator button issue. Breakdast used to be spread out more with more quanties of everything. Always just enough put out. 5 days, only just a few sausage links, always at bottom of milk pitcher, just very little put out."
