"The room was clean, but there was some previous damage. It also needs updating. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were terrible. Maybe pack your own? "The best western at new Carlton Maryland is very the same. It looks the same way as it does on its website. The rooms are clean and they have been updated. Other items do need to be updated, but they are clean and wholesome for a price conscious customer. The only issue I had is with communication communications.
