"There was a technical problem on arrival where we couldn’t get room keys but the staff was friendly and apologetic and it was fixed within a few hours. The room itself was ok but very dark, and a lamp that would have helped was broken. Additionally neither of the outlets next to the bed worked. "

"Beautiful and cozy room! We felt like we were in a furnished apartment rather than a hotel room. The gas fireplace was very nice and gave the room feel like being at home. Comfortable furniture, clean kitchenette that included dishes and cookware, and a full size fridge! Only thing missing was an oven. My one and only complaint was the lack of hot water in the bathroom. It was room temperature at best. If we're in need of a room again, we will definitely book it here. "
