"Nice, contemporary hotel with well-appointed, contemporary rooms. The front desk staff we talked to knew very little English and when spoken to in Chinese, were not very helpful and generally confused when we asked for restaurant recommendations. Now, we understand that few Westerners probably stay at this hotel."

"The overall condition is great. The staff are very nice, helping checkin and checkout, opening elevator, and so on. Special thanks to Sherry who online answered my questions promptly and warm-hearted. I’m very happy for my three days stay. The swimming pool and gym equipment seem not impressive, no hot tub in the swimming area. "

"2 nights stay in between xi’an and Zhengzhou. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the hsr. Catches my eyes cuz it’s newly re-renovated. Loves the shower. its a tab too warm with no air con only heater (I traveled in mid March). There’s a convenience store right below for some tibits and drinks. "

"The hotel offering high level of service. You will feel the caring from housekeeping and their restaurants and front desk. The room is clean, good space. Enjoy so much in the stay.
