"Great views and the staff were super friendly. Did not experience any queuing issues that others have mentioned. Facilities were clean and surrounding areas were serene and relaxing. Food options are plentiful and there’s something for everyone if you have picky eaters. Had a small issue in the room with the AC (normal wear and tear) but was promptly taken care of. "Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We don’t speak Spanish but were made to feel so welcome and were listened to if we needed anything. It was a well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, the kids pool was a hit. The food was a bit hit and miss and we didn’t get to sample the different restaurants as they weren’t open during our stay. Would definitely go there again."

"I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. "We had a lovely stay at hotel Troya! We were a little apprehensive but actually turned out to be a great hotel! Adults only pool was a hit for us! Room was spacious, clean & modern. Restaurant food was great for what we paid, yes it was it sometimes wasn’t always hot but it’s a buffet so what can you expect! The variety was great and we always had a great meal! Drinks were good value for money also. Hotel is right on the beach, easy walking to all the resorts in this area! Bus stop less than 10 mins away on foot. Only feedback is that we’d like to pay as you go on drinks not right at the end."
