"A beautiful and tranquil b&b. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. It is very hard to get to by public transport if you are hoping to explore lake como but we were picked up from the station and lent bicycles for our stay which was so helpful and made a really nice addition to our holiday (we definitely felt silly for not researching the transport enough before). "We paid almost $200 for the room for one night and they put us in a room in the back of the hotel where we had to climb up and down ladders to get to, even though the hotel had a very low occupancy rate. In my opinion, if they ever wanted us to return to their hotel in the future, they could have upgraded our room. On the plus side, they did have a shuttle to take us from and to the train station."

"We spent a beautiful week in San Giuseppe. This place is a good starting point for hiking and exploring Valmalenco and its montains, lakes and rivers. Many destinations can be reached by foot. Nearby in the village is also a small shop and a bar-restaurat. The house itself is well equipped and nicely decorated.
