"B&B Ca' Viro was a truly great find. We arrived by bus (from Sondrio train station) which dropped us right outside the front door - all for the measly sum of €2 each. The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary. "We paid almost $200 for the room for one night and they put us in a room in the back of the hotel where we had to climb up and down ladders to get to, even though the hotel had a very low occupancy rate. In my opinion, if they ever wanted us to return to their hotel in the future, they could have upgraded our room. On the plus side, they did have a shuttle to take us from and to the train station."

"This generously sized duplex apartment is clean, warm & spacious. It is conveniently located beside the Magnolta ski lift and directly beside the local public swimming pool which was ideal for us. There is a free daily ski bus shuttle that runs on a half hour basis throughout the day and this stops outside the swimming pool. The host is contactable and very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. :-)"
