Unser Zimmer 4 war absolut sauber und frei von jeglichen Gerüchen, doch das grössere Zimmer daneben, welches uns grosszügigerweise ebenfalls angeboten wurde, wies leider den unangenehmen Tabakgeruch auf. "B&B Ca' Viro was a truly great find. We arrived by bus (from Sondrio train station) which dropped us right outside the front door - all for the measly sum of €2 each. Our room was wonderful and better than expected. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent. "I did not understand when I made the reservation that this is a traditional condo divided into 2 bedroom set ups for rentals. One master ensuite, and 2 bedrooms that use the bathroom in the hallway, which can be awkward. The living room area is shared, as is the kitchen, but guests are not allowed to use the kitchen. "We stayed at Cà Rossa for a week. For my wife and I, Cá Rossa was the perfect resort and Claudia and Isaac the best host couple imaginable. The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary. "We paid almost $200 for the room for one night and they put us in a room in the back of the hotel where we had to climb up and down ladders to get to, even though the hotel had a very low occupancy rate. In my opinion, if they ever wanted us to return to their hotel in the future, they could have upgraded our room. On the plus side, they did have a shuttle to take us from and to the train station."

"This generously sized duplex apartment is clean, warm & spacious. It is conveniently located beside the Magnolta ski lift and directly beside the local public swimming pool which was ideal for us. There is a free daily ski bus shuttle that runs on a half hour basis throughout the day and this stops outside the swimming pool. The host is contactable and very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. :-)"
