"The only issue we had was the Front Door would not lock immediately. Had to play with it for a few minutes. Frustrating. Also some of the A/C Vents had mold/mildew but I realize this is a beach resort area and that will happen. It is important to look up and thoroughly so that your guests coming in do not get sick with this mold blowing on them. Some people have Allergies and Asthma. Other than that the Stay was really nice.. Thank you for allowing us to stay and here and Experience this...

"It was a quick visit to clean my father’s house who had moved. We stayed there last year the same time. We enjoyed the place so much, we decided to come back. "The Otter House is really nice, spacious and comfortable. The view of the river is spectacular. My husband fished from the dock the entire stay and caught LOTS of fish. Used nightcrawlers on the bottom. The yard was really nice for the dog. The restaurant down the street had great food. "
