"Room had all our needs and was well equipped , clean and smelt fresh at all times , staff very friendly and welcoming. Car parking was excellent no problems at all. "The car park was full and this means an unwelcome trek to the nearest city car park. The reception was good and room 7 was spacious and well equipped. Towelling swans and hearts on the huge bed were a nice touch on Valentines Day. The heating in the room was off and the one radiator needed turning on which we managed without instructions. The special set dinner was excellent and had plenty of choice served by an expert and friendly team. Overall our stay was good although room 7 is certainly not...
