"Very comfortable rooms, excellent staff, easy valet parking, great on-site restaurant and room service. We also utilized the same-day laundry service and concierge services for finding places to eat and to visit. My mother actually had a medical emergency while we were staying there and they quickly got her a cab to the emergency room a few blocks away and allowed us to extend our reservation while she was being cared for. They went above and beyond for us and it's a really nice and comfortable hotel even if you don't have an emergency!"

"This place is great. The facility and the staff are wonderful. The only complaint I have is that they allow dogs and I stepped in dog poop on their elevator! Yes, kind of funny but is that what one expects from a five star hotel? We would book this hotel again and overall it still got a five star review. Good buffet breakfast was also nice!"

"It was a perfect spot overlooking the harbor! We had a slight problem getting onto the free wifi when we arrived (quickly resolved!), and the hot water was not very hot when showering...but I would stay in this beautiful hotel again in a heartbeat! "

"Fantastic. Great hotel, professional staff, great location. Just be really careful if you need to park. If you miss the gate it's a 8-minute drive back. The only drawback was the heat in the room (winter). It was very hot. The desk turned the heat off remotely for us but it was still 82+ in there so we had to leave the door open (40's outside) to sleep."
