"I will only stay here if traveling to the Cinque Terre region. The staff is amazing and is well located to the regional train and town. Our room was huge by European standards and very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very nice and they had plenty of gluten free goodies carefully placed in its own separate basket, a really nice touch. We enjoyed an incredible dinner outside on the patio with beautiful views of the mountains. The food was artfully plated, delicious and the service excellent! The spa is well appointed with a lovely outdoor pool, so welcomed after a long day of hiking. I enjoyed a terrific sports massage with Julia, highly recommend! They also provide shuttle service to the town and train station if needed. The resort is removed from the hustle and bustle of the busy towns yet very convenient to everything, providing a nice peaceful respite from the crowds. Overall a wonderful stay!! "

"Great experience! The room was clean & comfortable, the location very convenient, and the staff was very accommodating and generous during our stay. We couldn’t get into our room on time because the bathroom was being fixed - this was no big deal to us because we wanted to head out and explore. The bathroom was fixed and room was cleaned and ready for us once we got back later after dinner but they still kindly gifted us a free meal at their restaurant which we accepted the next day! We also mentioned that we had to catch an early train on our last day so would miss breakfast and wanted to pack up the bread from our meal to go. But instead they packed us some cakes, croissants, yogurt, biscotti, jams and water bottles! What a generous gesture. Thank you so much! "

"Beautiful hotel grounds with nice flowers all around. Great buffet style breakfast, ohh I really needed my omelet! The room was small but comfortable."

"Natalia at the front desk will help you with everything. We stayed 5 days and loved our time there. Breakfast was included with our room and they made us an omelette, cappuccino and had a lovely breakfast from 7:30-10:30am available to us. Our last day they served us late because we checked out at 11am, so kind. We played uno everynight at the restaurant from 10:30- midnight and had cocktails and Orlando Grondona cookies. Walter Grondona who works the desk at the hotel met us and he was great to us, sent us to see his sister Miki in Santa Margherita, she owns a gelato store front. She treated us so well. We would recommended this hotel to everyone, it is like a family, they treat you so well. Make recommendations and help solve issues. There is an open market from 7am-3pm Thursday’s great buys. Loved this location, hotel and their staff. "
