"Owners were amazing. When we booked our room it was not 'closed' by Hotels.com. It was, then double booked. The owners found us alternative accommodation nearby until they could offer us a room at La Citta Vecchia. They kept in touch with us throughout. Once we got to La Citta Vecchia we were really pleased. The B&B decor and furnishings fit perfectly with the surrounding area. "Appartamento, sanitari e cucina, tutto ben pulito. Certo un po' vecchio, ma è pur sempre un appartamento nel centro storico. Parcheggio auto, lontano molto lontano. Purtroppo si deve subire il continuo via vai di gente giù in strada, anche fino all'alba. Non si può dormire a finestre aperte. Per fortuna l'appartamento durante il giorno è ben ventilato e non si surriscalda troppo. Quindi non ci è servito il condizionatore. In dotazione però ci sono dei ventilatori (provvidenziali)."

"Arleen was there to greet us with pizza and wine. She provided lists and brochures for transportation, food and exploring. If you have additional questions she was quick to respond. "Lovely house with incredible views of Rapallo. We did a self check in as we arrived quite late and found it quite easy to find the property and let ourselves in. The house is on a hill top and the road is a bit narrow but doable even in a fairly big car. The house was spotless, clean bedlinen and towels were provided.
