"We had booked a deluxe room - we were given two rooms on the boat as the rooms were so small we couldn't fit our luggage in as well as ourselves.The hotel boasted a bar facility - but only produced beer for certain guests when the staff could be bothered and there were insufficient sun loungers. Complaints at the time went onto deaf ears."
