"We stayed 3 days here. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We had a pool villa which was just fabulous! My wife and daughters loved the massages. I cannot give it 5 stars because of how uncomfortable the pool chairs were. The loungers had no cushioning and the plastic lawn chairs were aged, stained, and some were cracked. I was planning on spending time at the pool reading a book while the rest of the family got massages, but literally could not sit on the lounge chairs for more than...

" Staff were very helpful and organised our activities and transfers .one of the Bathrooms had mouldy smell which needs resolving. In quiet location but easy to get taxi organised at reception . Food quality was ok if a little slow . Otherwise had enjoyable stay. "

Excellent polite, service from reception and all front of house staff.Very large clean well appointed room. "Staff is very helpful and well yet to resolve concerns quickly. They offer great advice on what to do in the area and how to get around. The bar attached to the hotel ground floor is dimy lit but appears clean, and service is decent. Wifi is sporadic throughout the property but staff offered me a mobile wifi device during my stay. The restaurant food, served both in the restaurant and bar was good. Staff in the restaurant need more training on setup, clearing used plates, advising guests...

"Housekeeping is very poor. They do not check if the room is ready before handing over the keys to the customer. There was a kettle for making coffee in the room but no coffee or tea sachets. No hot water in the shower."
