"My room did have a balcony, but the doors had to be kept closed to keep the heat out and also because of mosquitos. The hotel has a beautifully tiled foyer - it must have been renovated since the image in the listing was taken. The public spaces were nice, but my room was a bit 'institutional' with very few 'comforts' and terrible lighting. "

On one day the room cleaning was missed entirely even when the “Please clean the room” sign was on display all day outside the room.
