"We loved our one night stay at the Blue Wave Inn. Such a unique property right on the water. We stayed in December so we couldn’t really enjoy our patio or the other outdoor sitting area, but we were still able to enjoy the beautiful view! Our room was very clean & bed was comfortable. Check in was easy & the staff at Solstice Outdoors were very friendly. We had one small issue & the owners were super responsive & quick. We also loved the convenience of the coffee shop/cafe right downstairs....

It's a good place to stay

"This is a good hotel. It's a bit dated, but you can tell that they are updating the things that matter. The room was very clean, had no smells, which is great, and was toasty warm. The rules for having my dog with me in the room were fair and I believe they made the hotel a nicer place to stay. It was an easy walk to the main street of Washburn and we could easily explore on foot from the hotel. We were warmly welcomed and I would stay here again. The photos of the rooms shown online are accurate. "
