"Bathroom was stinking when we entered. Toilet seat would stand up. Toilet roll not given even after calling the reception. Delayed delivery of coffee orders. Room had no windows and was adjacent to a conference hall which had a big noise leak from the event. "

"The person at the reception was so hostile. He totally refused to accept the booking made on Hotels.com. He claimed only OYO bookings with 10 digits of confirmation will be accepted. Hotels.com was not contactable on their customer service number. OYO could not find my booking since it was booked through Hotels.com. Overall, a messed up booking and a total sham. Lost my booking amount and all trust on Hotels.com and OYO teams. "

"Even after booking property on Expedia, demanded booking money on arrival stating that Expedia did not pay money to them - I have done 100s of booking from Expedia and I never faced a situation like this before. We were ready to pay as initially the receptionist said 1800INR and later simply raised it to 3500INR This hotel is pure cheat and I highly do not recommend staying at this hotel "
