Only complaint was allowing weekend day trips by local groups of men, who were loud and allowed to drink beer in the main swimming pool while families and kids were trying to swim, no one from the hotel challenged their behaviour and it felt intimidating. My problems were- my room was not ready after I had corresponded with them weeks prior and they had asked my arrival time; which was 15:00… Secondly, a male staff member just unlocked & opened the door without knocking to my room as I was in it.
