"This is a uniquely situated property on Sullivans Island, which has very few short term rentals. The home has great views and large outdoor areas. It is a few minutes from the business district at Sullivans Island or Isle of Palms. This is a classic beach house with an old school vibe. Our families really enjoyed our stay. "

The top floor sun deck provides amazing views of the sunset and star gazing. Check in was easy, and the location is great. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars on Folly. "We had a great 9 day stay at this villa and enjoyed all of it with our family. Lynn is a terrific host and was helpful to our every need. The kitchen is the best stocked of any we've ever stayed and we've stayed in many, many places. The beds are very comfortable and the place was spotless. "Isle of palms is a beautiful area, with easy access to wonderful restaurants and beautiful beaches. The home we stayed in was very nice, but once you start seeing roaches all over the place it definitely takes away from the beauty and relaxation. The last morning we were there, i got up to make coffee in the coffee maker that we had used multiple times and under the basket that holds the coffee was a roach egg with many baby roaches covering the inside of the coffeepot and basket. "The place was as described. Roomy, very pet friendly, and the golf cart was a fun addition to ride around the property. We stayed here for a week with 4 teenagers and our 2 dogs, and we were very grateful for all the space and amenities. The neighborhood/resort is very safe and quiet as well with lots to do.
