"Place was very expensive, nightly price wasn't bad but management fees more than doubled the overall price for a weekend stay. On top of that, there's a $2000.... yes two thousand dollar fine for any noise complaint and similar fines for everything from parking in the wrong spot to having someone not in the "lease" in the unit. "This property was very cozy! The kitchen was well supplied and lots of space to cook. The location was nice being oceanfront but not a lot of beach to sit on given the dunes and rocks. It’s quite a distance from many things. We will definitely come back!"

"The location of the condo couldn’t have been better - you walk out and literally to the right is the Main Street of IOP with all restaurants and shops. The location of the private pier and beach directly across the street was also ideal! We visited in off season so it was not busy at all. The condo was clean and everything we needed was provided.
