"Stayed here with dear friends to celebrate our birthdays and all 6 of us were blown away by the beauty of it All! Even though it rained the the entire time it never deterred us from enjoying everthing the valle has to offer. The staff here are so kind and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous and delux and the entire grounds are spectacular! Highly recommend and we will all be back to enjoy it in the warmer months ahead! 😀 "

"Five star hotel! The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The view and pool is amazing. The only bad thing is the rooftop bar has been close since Covid. It would be great if they could reopen that bar for people that want to enjoy the night at the hotel. "

"América at the reception was very nice and kind, everything was so easy. Very nice and quiet place. All Was good for us. Couple of things inside the room could be better, like shower handle was loose and sink was clogged. Forgot to mention the shower handle to America. We had a good time there. "
