"Subject: Concerns About Room Conditions Our recent stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues. The room had bugs constantly falling from the ceiling, including cockroaches, earwigs, and pill bugs. To make matters worse, there was a scorpion in the room. Despite being told the room was fumigated a day or two prior, these pests were prevalent. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like pillows, bed sheets, and toilet paper. "I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Boutique Valle de Guadalupe and Spa, and it was a truly delightful experience. The property is beautiful, with a serene ambiance that perfectly complements the natural charm of the surrounding vineyards. The food was absolutely incredible – each dish was crafted with care and full of flavor, making every meal a highlight of the trip. It was a beautiful day when I visited, and I couldn’t help but imagine how stunning the property will look in the summertime when everything is in full bloom.
