"I enjoyed my visits to this hotel property. There are 2 buildings right across the street from each other that you should know. One morning was a little loud from the street but the others were not. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. The breakfast was delicious. I also had dinner one night in the main restaurant and it was fantastic. No issues with WiFi when I had to do a little work either. I felt it was easy to get a rideshare to/from the hotel and there were places within walking...

"The room was very clean and comfortable. They need to pay more attention to maintenance, since power plugs by the bed were loose and difficult to get your devices charged. Need to upgrade to easy access charging stations at the night stand!!!. Also, would be great if some space heaters are provided. Bogota can get very chilly during nite. Breakfast options were really disappointing... better quality food and variety should be offered. "
