"The Leela Hotel is a haven for visitors to India. We were very well taken. Our room was on the fourth floor room711 and our butler was extremely accommodating. He was so wonderful. We needed help with packing as we had done so many purchases... He came and helped us with packing. He was very courteous and so respectful as well as the night Consierge was very polite. Overall it was truly a GREAT EXPERIENCE. ONE WE WILL NOT FORGET FOR YEARS to come. Vicki Hovanessian"

My two recommendations for the property: update the gym, which is quite cramped and rearrange the equipment so that it doesn’t feel as cramped; clean the staircase leading from the basement of the fitness area to the pool area."
