"This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "

"Typical Budget value hotel in commercial area, very good varied breakfast with good options. Good parking area with added benefit that our 2no dogs were allowed to stay at the hotel for a small extra charge. Handily placed for the motorway but bathroom needs updating. Overall good value for money."
