"The parking was convenient, though not free, and needs to be booked with the hotel. I did not receive a response to my email, so had to telephone, I had to try a few times before being answered. I did not recive a written confirmation the parking was booked, but all was fine when we arrived. Very well located, just a few short minutes walk from petite france. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well appointed. My daughter enjoyed the fuseball table in the lobby."

"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. Did not eat breakfast, it looked like a small option for the price. The staff was friendly and answered directional questions. We were not close to restaurants or city center but the tram was close. "We couldn't fault our stay here, the staff were friendly, room was immaculate and the pool was a lovely way to start the day. You can walk into Basel in around 20 minutes or there is a tram stop just down the road."
