Staff were friendly and polite. Lovely room , free parking across the road. Good breakfast and a great Italian restaurant next door. 15 minutes walk into amazing Troye . Would be very happy to stay there again.

The carpet in my room wasn't the best because there were already some stains but the rest was very good. Big room with a big bed and a nice bathroom. I even had a little water boiler to make some coffee in the morning.

A tiny bit out of the main area but a very nice walk into the old town. Staff were super helpful by email and in person. Room was big, parking v secure, clean and quiet. If you don’t mind a 10 min walk to the centre then couldn’t do better.

Great hotel with extra tempur cussion.. However an elderly British party was at the hotel this night, way too drunk and also pushed the fire alarm at leave 06:30 approximately ... That was a bit annoying. The staff was harassed by the British guests during the evening..

Well placed hotel within walking distance of Troyes with its many picturesque half timbered houses and quaint cobbled streets. Good size room and plentiful buffet breakfast.

We always stay here in route to the Alpes and the fact we return says it all. Convenient location with parking. A warm welcome, clean comfortable rooms and a great breakfast with lots of choice. We’ll be back. Only marked down due to lack of toilet paper!
