"This Kenwood spot is heavenly!!! The house is set on a lovely site with beautiful trees and an open field with a little creek meandering by. Lots of birds and birdsong too. It’s private while also open to wonderful nature views. Just perfect! The house is wonderful too; great design, comfortable, and well appointed in every way. We’ll definitely try to come back."

"Cute cottage. The outdoor chairs in front were very old and worn out. The furniture by the hot tub was dirty from being under the trees but we used one of the sheets and it was fine. was dirty"

"Very nice riverfront property in a quiet neighborhood near Guerneville on the Russian River. View of the river off the back deck was quite scenic and the hot tub was an added pleasure.The interior was modern , clean and met all our needs. The drive to Santa Rosa was a bit longer than we’d like (About 30 minutes) but we got used to it. We would stay again if we go back to Sonoma county."

"We absolutely loved our experience with this property! This was the most well stocked rental we've ever stayed in, we were really impressed with how the house had everything one could possibly need! The location is 10/10, and so are the views. The check in was very simple and the instructions on clean up were straightforward. The only feedback we have is the ants. There were a lot of them in the kitchen when we arrived, and we found ants in the bed, bathrooms, and on towels. It didn't bother us...

"Clean, spacious, and comfortable home. Behind the backyard fence is road so traffic can sound noisy at times. The morning was peaceful though wrong birds singing and a river water sound flowing. Beds and couch were comfortable.Somethings to know about the house. It was difficult to get to. Maps took us to the street behind the house and the road is fenced off and unable to turn in. "This home exceeded all our expectations! The ocean view from the deck was breathtaking — we spent every morning sipping coffee in the turquoise chairs, watching the sail boats drift by. "This home was ideal to celebrate my daughter's birthday with her friends! We enjoyed the location, and cooking up a feast. The dock was off limits because of the seasonal rains, however this news was communicated to us ahead of time and we made adjustments as to where to access the river and it did not impact our enjoyment for a long weekend. The girls loved the hot tubbing under the stars. Thank you for having us!"

"Enjoyed a lovely weekend at this wonderful cottage! Everything was so comfortable and welcoming, and the kitchen was very well stocked with more than just the basics. Bring your bug stuff so that you can enjoy the charming and peaceful outdoor space, and enjoy the great location close to wineries and just a short drive from Windsor & Healdsburg hot spots. We would happily stay again!"

Also mattress in second bedroom was not comfortable and pillows were probably fine for kids, but not restful for middle aged parents. "I absolutely love this Hotel. Service is excellent and very clean. All the staff are so kind and welcoming. Breakfast options is amazing and a lot to choose from. This is a 💯 my go to place when I visit Santa Rosa / Windsor CA. I won’t book with any other Hotel outside of Holiday Inn. "

"This is my second stay at the hotel. The hotel is situated in the older section of Santa Rosa, near the old railroad depot. The first time I stayed in the modern extension across the street from the historic Main hotel. This time I got to stay in the beautiful historic building. My room is comfortable and clean. The friendly atmosphere reminds me of staying at a bed and breakfast but even a little nicer. "Lexi" at the reception desk was super friendly, efficient at check-in and offered many restaurant recommendations. Many restaurants are in walking distance. "
