"Great property. Beautiful location and views and beach. Hot tub is nice. Dishwasher did not work and kitchen equipment could be better. Also mattress in second bedroom was not comfortable and pillows were probably fine for kids, but not restful for middle aged parents. But we loved it because it’s a sweet little house and the owners obviously love it."

"The house is well situated with a few minutes to the river and restaurants. A true gem of a property. As you walk in through the gates, you’re immediately surrounded by tall redwood trees which gives you great privacy to just unwind and relax, either next to the fire pit or the hot tub on the well crafted deck. "Tv is new enough to allow streaming from several modern apps. Jacuzzi was at 104f when we arrived! Beds are comfortable. Would prefer a king in lower bedroom. Nice decorative touches throughout. Location is perfect. "
