"It was easily accessible to Terminals 2 and 3. Never really have to go outside of the airport to walk to the hotel; just a short walk through the airport parking garage. The reception staff was very knowledgeable. I’d probably stay at this hotel again for a long layover. Bed was extremely comfortable. "

"Just stayed the one night when Picking up family member from terminal 5 and had an early start. The room was adequate for this reason and had no issues and would use again for this purpose. Found the restaurant good and service was quick"

"The room although compact was ideal for a night’s stay before our flight. The power shower worked well and they supplied toiletries which was an added bonus, they also let us 2 bottles of complementary water which was a nice touch. The only downsides were that the television did not have many channels and appeared to keep losing connection and other guests who were staying close by when arriving at or leaving their rooms did not appear to be closing their doors quietly so you could hear doors...

"Hotel was excellent, the breakfast in particular. Only minor complaints were the beds were a little uncomfortable and the pool was over chlorinated and our eyes were burning within a few minutes. "

"I really like Staybridge Suites, 2nd time I stayed. I did have a couple of issues, I was put into an accessible room(not requested) it was just a bit difficult having shower because there is a fitted seating area which makes it a bit difficult to stand under shower. The room was quite a distance from the lifts down a carpeted hallway which would be a bit difficult if in a wheelchair as well as microwave being high(Im mentioning this because it is an accessible room). "The hotel a five minutes' walk from Terminal 4 departures through an enclosed walkway. Since Terminal 5 was built, the location is less busy, and the room pricing is more reasonable. Standards remain high and there is free transport to and from Terminal 4 from the other terminals."

"Lovely clean property... absolutely loved it.. would like a clock but im a time person.. shower absolutely amazing... town center location stayed during england final didnt hear anything... only issue i had was booking.. i booked paid and didnt hear anything i called number which i advise do not call cost a fortune to brazil.. message and call the london number for apartment...spoke to a lovely lady.. think her nsmr was alexandra very helpful not had that for a while.. tv does not have normal...

"Pretty good all round - clean, nicely appointed and comfortable but with one major flaw. The boiler works away all night and with a late night and then an early rise the next day was a little disappointing and made sleeping soundly very difficult. 9/10 with the exception of the boiler noise "

"Went over with my dad for a football match and to catch up with old friends. Property was fantastic and had everything we needed. Clean and tidy and in a great location. Already booked again to go back. "

Holiday Inn Express Bicester, an IHG Hotel

"Second time staying and the staff were just a friendly as the first stay. Rooms are spotless and comfortable - bar area an added bonus and breakfast included in the stay you really cannot complain! We were greeted as we came out of the lift with Happy new year! Our new hotel for when we visit out relatives. "

Lovely little stay

"It is such a lovely hotel. It smells just drvine and this was my third stay. The 2nd time in this room actually. Sadly the bathroom floor did have some small flecks of dirt, the bath had rust on and we were unable to get the plug out of the bath. These are such small minor things but are worthy of note. The staff were fabulous as usual. The communal eareas were beautifully decorated for Christmas. And whilst ive already said it it is worthy if a second mention. The hotel smells amazing! "
