"Got a free upgrade to a larger room when I checked in which was a nice surprise Pleasant room with victorian style tall windows and high ceiling. Great shower and bed was comfy. Only small gripe was hotel wifi didnt reach my room but I got 4G signal so was able to message home. Would happily stay again. Very tasty food in the bar and breakfast was excellent "

"Just had a quick 1 night stay. I was traveling with my elderly mum and Brooke on reception was so kind and accommodating. The room with accessible bathroom was excellent. Great location to enjoy the old town and very good breakfast. "
