" For washroom supplies, we have only the toothbrush and the toothhpaste in pill form, very poor. Will try another hotel next trip to Hong Kong. This hotel is becoming old. There is only one USB outlet. All the power outlets are only in Hong Kong Style, and the hotel does not provide any help for converter. The point is, this is not suppose a cheap hotel in terms of prices, and yet the power outlets are not up to international standard. That is very disapointting. I know tha there are a lot of...

"This is the fifth time I stayed in this hotel. This time I chose breakfast package and I made the right choice. The whole crew of staff in the restaurant provide a professional and polite service to me and my wife 以禮待人. They set the model for service industry in Hong Kong. The whole team communicated each other effectively. We really enjoyed our stay . We definitely recommend this hotel and will return to the hotel. Thanks "
