"The staff at this hotel are amazing! They are so helpful, so friendly, so welcoming! The first day we arrived they immediately helped us settle in. Showed us the beautiful premises and gave us some info about the area, where to eat etc. the lady was so sweet, she was always engaging our kids and even gave them beautiful colouring books which my kids loved. "Nice holiday for families, but a couple can also enjoy it. Food was decent. Buffet was ok and varied options, but the restaurants were definitely better. One of the restaurants wasn't open during our trip which was disappointing. There were some even shows but unfortunately didn't catch any. "We loved it at Montesanto, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we were there to celebrate my husband 50th birthday and they surprised him with a bottle of wine and cake. The facilities are very accessible for someone with difficulty with mobility for example, lift to the restaurant and pool and walkable paths around the property. We are definitely coming back!"

"We enjoyed our stay! The location was nice because it was between the beaches and the town. The staff were friendly and available. The free breakfast was a nice bonus and had a good variety. It would be nice if they could keep the hot food warm with the hot plate or have a microwave to heat it up. The shower floor is flat so all the water flows out easily making the bathroom into a swimming pool so just pay attention when showering."

"This is our second stay at White Shell. The units are spacious and well equipped but there is a pet fee which is per night (25€) rather than a flat cleaning fee.
