"Only 5-star reviews of this property; the check- in was fine and quick, although it was off-site (just nav/map it). The building next door is vacant and sketchy but it is not - the area is being redeveloped. Dining options are somewhat scant under a 10- 15 minute walk, but there are many just beyond that. Parking is free in front of the building and available when we were there, but not sure if there are spaces in the summer, as there is a beach access and club there. "

"Lovely property with amazing views over Luz to the ocean from the balcony. Easy walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. Comfortable furnishings and impeccably clean. Off street parking made it convenient to get in and out every day. One of the best onsite hosts we have ever experienced. One broken item was immediately replaced. Helpful at check in and during our entire one 1 month stay. We will be back!"

"We had a wonderful week in the beautiful, spacious apartment. Check in and out were simple and communication with our hosts was excellent.We loved the location of the apartment, close to the marina with lots of restaurants etc. It was also a nice walk along the water to the old town and beach. The water pressure was excellent and the bed was super comfortable. We loved Lagos and hope to return one day! I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to my friends and family. It is excellent!"

"We had a wonderful stay here. There was clear communication prior to check in and they were able to accommodate our requests for beds pushed together and a car park space. If you aren't able to secure a car park space, there is lots of free street parking around the property. All the staff were really friendly and the kitchen had every utensil you could need. It's a 5 minute walk to a Spar if you would like to cook, and the Old Town is about 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Property was well equipped . Bedding was of a poor quality. Scaffold on the balcony . Bad Ant problem throughout the property, Even coming out from behind shower mixer Ant traps seem to have them under control by the end of our stay. I understand that ants can be a problem, but."

"Room 511 說是提供2間房，1間是沒有冷氣沒有窗，另1間有冷氣設備壞了，由第一天入到第十天都不整 沒有更垃圾，只有更垃圾的酒店，第1日到步同行友人，因為酒店房內的洗手間門鎖壞了被困在內，去電房東十多次電話聯絡求助，是完全不聽電話且更一直都沒有回覆，直到聯絡酒店方面，才肯勉強下又極不願意地幫忙下找工人開鎖，被困在洗手間超過廿分鐘的親人，這是非常極度冷血又不負責既非常拙劣的行為同服務。 第1日到步是星期六入住即時發現房間的冷氣壞了，房東口頭上說會星期一會有人來到來維修，豈料一去已經是到今日已是第10日都沒有人來維修，昨天第8日才有人來清潔房間，實在令人憤怒與不能接受的，因第一日入住 時說是5日會提供1次清潔房間服務的，可是入住到第8日才有人來清潔房間，且1間房間是完全無冷氣設備的。 十分驚嘆又感荒謬的是，除了第1日入住時提供過2卷超細廁紙及2小樽蚊形沖涼液外，就要等到第8日在再三摧四請下才有人清潔房間及提供2卷廁紙及2樽仔蚊形SIZE的沖涼液給我們3人入住使用就完全再沒有補給了， 入住到今日已經是11日，房東仍然完全沒有來電給我們任何回覆。 此實在完全不合理既充滿反感及討厭。"

"Spacious condo in perfect location from beach, restaurants and nightlife. Literally a few minutes to all that you could want. Private parking is a plus. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious with two bedrooms and 2 baths. Also has a little patio where we enjoyed our coffee. Washing machine came in handy as well."
