"The condo itself was great! The sheets definitely need to be replaced though. The master sheets had holes and were very tattered. The golf cart made it easy to get around the property. The concierge was basically useless. *when* they answered the phone the could rarely help with dinner reservations. I ended up making them all on my own. "This location is perfect. The condo/villa is clean and basically overlooks the beautiful pool. Walking distance to a lovely beach with very few people. very safe location as you enter through two gates to get to your unit. Having a rental car made it easy to get to grocery stores and all over the island. Master bedroom is large and the bed is comfy. The kitchen Is a nice size and was very clean."

"Condo complex is nice and location is central to many attractions. However, pools are smaller than led to believe and lazy river is a straight pool, not a typical curvy, lengthy or circular pool. Grounds are nice but not much to do. Location to beach is perfect, however. "

"Josie was helpful and responded to our requests. The unit was somewhat run down and tired. We were lacking towels the first week (2 decent bath ones, 1 thin bath one for two people). The bottom sheet didn’t stay on bed. We were supplied with more towels and better sheets but not until the second week."

"My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy. Other than those two things, it wasnt that bad of a stay. "

"The staff was great. The work out room was nice. The room had musty smell and the shower didnt drain. Very minor things, everything else about the property was great. The building beside were very ugly and an eye sore. I would recommend it"

"Thank you for being an amazing host. The property was clean inside and out. The bed was clean and there were plenty of towels courtesy of the host. There is a small patio area that was perfect for enjoying the weather. "

"This was my second stay at this hotel and Im just as happy as the first time. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Safety is something big for me and they fulfilled this. Youre not able to access any of the floors unless you have a pass key that allows you to close the doors for the elevator. Rooms are very clean and the showers are nice and hot ! Youre able to dine on site and food/drinks are delicious. The beach is safe for both kids and adults. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels available and if you want to have a drink or something to snack they offer services on the beach while the tab can be added to your room. Parking garage is also on site and very well lit! Would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone. "

"Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is very close to the beach with chairs and umbrellas available for guests. Two beautiful pools with ocean views; one an amazing rooftop terrace and the other with a restaurant and bar. The area felt very safe and had lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again! Gigi at Komu restaurant was especially kind and welcoming. She greeted us each morning with a smile. She remembered our coffee preferences and asked about our stay/ our trip."
