"The property’s layout, cleanliness and location were great for our family’s gathering. Loved the proactive communication from the management when I got a little lost- my fault for not looking at the instructions. The property was comfortable for varied TV viewing, streaming on devices and air conditioning preferences. It was lovely to walk to the main pool to relax, walk to the Plaza for coffee or a good meal and the beach. Within an hour drive, you can do day trips to Luquillo Beach, El Yunque...

There were so many beautiful places to relax…beach, pools, and veranda of the condo. The grounds are well taken care of and the people were all friendly! "I was in Puerto Rico with family to take my moms ashes back to her hometown. The original place I had booked had a busted pipe so we had to move. The owner was prompt to respond, had unit cleaned, and we were able to access it sooner than expected. The house is in a great neighborhood not far from the beach or shopping. This place is great, the beds are all comfortable, The patio is a nice size has a ping pong table and there's a grill to BBQ on. The kitchen is a tad bit small but does not lack...

"We decided to take a little vacation while visiting family in Puerto Rico. Casa Rustica was a perfect choice for us and our two teenagers. The owners communication was diligent and their instructions on how to get there, how to access the house features and checkout instructions were spot on. Location was great as we were 10 mins walking distance from the beach plus we enjoyed the property's pool. Gate security for the complex added a safety feature plus Palmas del Mar had several restaurants...

"We visited P.R. Spring break 2025. This home was exactly what we needed. Our property manager “Ryan” was very responsive and took care of us immediately. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The home was overall very clean and having all needed supplies was a big plus. We definitely recommend this home. "

"We loved our stay at this house. We have younger kids and they loved exploring the yard and swimming in the pool. The view of the surrounding mountains and rainforest is amazing. The mosquitoes were only bad at dusk on the more humid days. Otherwise we spent a lot of time outside. The inside of the house comfortably slept 10 people. We would stay here again. "

"Condo complex is nice and location is central to many attractions. However, pools are smaller than led to believe and lazy river is a straight pool, not a typical curvy, lengthy or circular pool. Grounds are nice but not much to do. Location to beach is perfect, however. "
