"There are properties with similar names so be mindful because taxi still took us to the wrong place despite us being specific about where we were going. The property had everything included in the pictures however, it was a bit aged e.g. couldnt sit in one of the chairs as the base wasnt supported, also could use a deep clean and polish of furniture. "What a wonderful place to stay in Panama City! Our flight was delayed over 3 hours and we arrived at the penthouse wry late. Juan was still there waiting for us. He greeted us warmly and gave us a comprehensive tour of the penthouse. The penthouse itself is stunning with the perfect blending of the historic and modern. We throughly enjoyed our stay and you will too!"

"We were not given the entry code prior to arrival and they were unreachable until we came across a housekeeper. Then the apartment was not as described. There was no second bathroom as described so people would need to go into another bedroom to use the only bathroom. The wall was crumbling and the sink was stained a nasty yellow brown color. "This was a beautiful property when it comes to been in the clouds and as close to nature as possible. The wind is loud at nighttime and whistles through the house all night; making it difficult to sleep. I booked through Expedia and the owner said she did not receive my reservation. I had made this reservation a month before travel to celebrate my daughters 15th birthday. I am glad she was able to find accommodations for us and my family loved waking up in nature everyday. "The Hilton has not failed me yet! The hotel was excellent! The location is ideal, good resturants within the hotel as well as surrounding, the pool was nice (a little cold for my liking but a great area), and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and the room was just a nice place to relax when inside. The water was not super hot but got the job done. The staff was always familiar and helpful and room service was quick and efficient. The area the hotel is in is great! Plenty of restaurants outside the hotel in walking distance (Catch Seafood or Oh-Toro Ramen & Sushi to name a couple) and a drug store right across the street for cheaper water and snacks. I stayed here 5 days and 4 nights and definitely cannot wait to return!"
