"The view was immaculate and the appartment was really nice. Issues was no one spoke English at the front desk, the elevator was not stopping on the floor of the appartment and we got less blankets."

"The property was large, convenient and had great views. One suggestion is to have better pillows as they were extremely soft and felt like my head sunk to the bottom. "

"There are properties with similar names so be mindful because taxi still took us to the wrong place despite us being specific about where we were going. The property had everything included in the pictures however, it was a bit aged e.g. couldnt sit in one of the chairs as the base wasnt supported, also could use a deep clean and polish of furniture. "Everything works. Same as pictured. Ice cold air conditioning in the room. Did not test the one in the living room. Location is excellent for tourist but a few blocks around seems sketchy. Police around the corner. Arrived every night after 1 am. No issues. Water pressure in toilet is really low. But it works. The only but that I found is this. And it is actually nothing to do with the property. They are awesome and answer right away, but If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise. Then,...

"Beautiful view ! Nice space , The only issues I couldn’t get ahold of management until the end of my stay . Wi-Fi was not good at all , there was no restaurant or coffee shop in building, microwave was broken . "

"What a wonderful place to stay in Panama City! Our flight was delayed over 3 hours and we arrived at the penthouse wry late. Juan was still there waiting for us. He greeted us warmly and gave us a comprehensive tour of the penthouse. The penthouse itself is stunning with the perfect blending of the historic and modern. We throughly enjoyed our stay and you will too!"

"We were not given the entry code prior to arrival and they were unreachable until we came across a housekeeper. Then the apartment was not as described. There was no second bathroom as described so people would need to go into another bedroom to use the only bathroom. The wall was crumbling and the sink was stained a nasty yellow brown color. There was dust and hair all over the coffee table and furniture. We were so disgusted we booked another place and left. Now the company is refusing to...

"Aweome location in Casa Viejo. Short walks to any cafés, restaurants, or bars. Easy to rind for Uber drivers. Super safe with police presence visible. Accommodations had just what was needed comfortable bed and living space. Would book again! "

"This is an older hotel, once a Holiday Inn. Though it doesn’t have the glitz of newer ones, the views are superb, food excellent, staff friendly and helpful, and location very convenient to walking along the waterfront. Loved the buffets with authentic Panamanian food. Do wish the buffet labeled the items that weren’t gluten free however, as I can’t eat gluten. Couldn’t ask the staff because of the language barrier, so missed out on trying some items that I couldn’t be sure about. Also, would be good to include some literature in the rooms about the amenities and prices for spa treatments. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Panama City."

"I had a wonderful stay! The buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The bed was super comfy, and the modern room was both stylish and functional, complete with a mini fridge for added convenience. Free valet parking was a great bonus, and the location couldn't be better—close to restaurants and shopping areas. The pool on the terrace was a highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful view. Highly recommend!"
