"Luis is an exceptionally helpful owner, arranging and explaining everything for us on our first visit to Cuba. He organised taxis and made a booking at a very popular restaurant (San Cristobel), and advised us where to buy high quality Churchill-sized cigars (the National Hotel). The Casa is decorated in a completely unique way with many many collected items. Breakfast was excellent and extensive, just make sure you're clear if you want Americano style coffee if that's your preference over expresso! We also ate dinner in one evening and it was delicious and well presented. Our room (number 3) was very comfortable and quiet. The location was a 10 minute walk from the old town and main tourist area in an area where most of the buildings are sadly in need of major repair. We walked a lot during the day and night without feeling the slightest bit unsafe. We unreservedly recommend Casa 1932."

"The staff is great, everyone's English is excellent, rooms were comfortable and clean. However it's located oddly enough in a neighborhood that looks like a war zone but is two blocks away from one of the best restaurants in town."

"Casa David Junior is brilliant, it’s located very convenient, all the landmarks are at a great distance, it is safe with a lovely staff who are eager to help you with all your questions and they al speak very good level of English. I would highly recommend this beautiful colonial house , the owner himself is a vet so expect to see baby crocodiles in treatment in their small artificial pond, thank you, you made my stay in Havana exceptional ✌"

"Everything is relative. If you're looking for a touristy area that caters to your every need then Havana in general isn't the place. But the people are amazing and there are tons of little adventures to get into around here! "

"The construction of the hotel is preserved, very clean (accommodation and other environments), excellent breakfast (simple, but generous in the portions of what is offered), very polite, kind and helpful staff."

"The property offers good value for money, with well-thought-out decor. Breakfast is an additional £10, which in my opinion is a little mucg. As I chose to explore more affordable options elsewhere, I can't comment on the quality of the breakfast. A special shout-out to Maria, who checked me in and made me feel right at home. Her warm hospitality was much appreciated!"
