"This property was very comfortable and welcoming. The room had personal touches including a handwritten welcome card, half bottle of wine and snacks. The spa/sauna needs to be reserved per use and was a bit inconvenient as we were instructed to come down in bathrobes and slippers. But it was mostly empty and easy to access. The breakfast was excellent with hot food options to order. "

"The hotel was centrally located, just 2 blocks from the cathedral. The staff was terrific, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We opted for one of the corner rooms which was Hollywood plush! Dusk drinks at the rooftop bar were magical. Two knocks: 1 the Gran Via is a busy street and is noisy off and on throughout the night with deliveres and speeders. 2. The bathroom design is a mess with plate glass doors banging into each other and a raised shower with a shallow drain pan that...
