"Great hotel in a perfect location. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sarah on the front desk. She went out of her way to ensure we were fully briefed on the things to do and places to go. One of our plans was to see a flamenco show in a cave and Sarah advised which one was the best and also booked the show for us. "The property was very clean, well organized and was close to many different places we were interested in seeing. Great value. It's walking distance to many places. Family vacation with 2 kids. We did get lost one night while walking, but found our way back. "

"Excellent location with lots of shoping, restaurants and attractions nearby. Very easy access to Alhambra by public transit. Host provided very helpful information. Our only issue (visiting from Canada during the hottest month of the year) was the air conditionning that was simply not strong enough to cool the entire place. But I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting outside of the summer months."

"What a great hotel! The staff is so friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location for exploring the Alhambra area and center of the city. Cafes and restaurants are everywhere, but the hotel also has its own lovely dining options. I highly recommend getting the breakfast plan and trying out the rooftop restaurant. Our room on the first floor was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. We didn’t want to leave!"
