"I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness. The capsule itself was disgusting. There was gum stuck to the side, smears on the walls and mirror and so much dirt and debris in the door’s sliding mechanism that it was clear they were not cleaned for a very long time. The bathroom was also filthy to the point where I could not bring myself to use the gross shower even though I was sweating all day and needed one badly. That said, I booked 3 nights and ended up extending for a fourth night so it was so bad that I ran screaming (tho I probably should have). The location is wonderful, the staff were kind, and the price is absolutely fantastic. But the place could be so so so much more if they employed a proper cleaning staff. "
