"Loved the shoe cleaner, the water dispenser housekeeping staff and the restaurant. The shuttle is great although the driver does t not engage with the guest. The concierge and bellman were also excellent the day I arrive and left. The shuttle is super convenient. The hotels is located in the mid levels and there is access to everything you can imagine you just need to walk down and talk the escalators back up. But you can go down for miles so wear comfortable walking shoes. "

This hotel was a very happy discovery for us; it felt like it was very new, nicely located in the Sheung Wan locality, convenient to central HK. One slight limitation is that it's a slightly longer walk to the MTR (6-8 min, which for HK is not short).
