"The place is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. My only complaint is they have a dog in the lobby that barked incessantly and we had a hard time hearing the woman at the desk-stressful. Also we were trying ahead of time to schedule a large luncheon and the woman in charge of it took days to finally get back to us. My sisters room did not have hot water."

Due to an employee who usually works in laundry having to be moved to cleaning rooms. The person at the front desk made it right and gave us a new room. It was clean and updated.
