Lights where out asked to have them fixed so I could shower with light the 5 nights down there it wasn’t fixed they didn’t clean the sheets there was stuff under sheets and food on floor

I was very pleased with the experience I had at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. They are going through a remodel, so some things were in the process of being changed. Overall it was good experience and I would definitely stay there again.

There was no security....didn't have to swipe a room key to enter any doors...even to the pool. The one door was even left accessible with the lock out so the door remained open. The springs on the mattress were felt while laying on the bed. The hot tub was murky and smelled like dead fish...not clean...the pool on the other hand was nice. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant.
